Campaign overview

Your workbook, connected.

1. Download the Excel tracker. Use one campaign per workbook and give it a campaign name and ID.
2. Use the amber input cells. Grey cells calculate automatically. Keep sheet names, table names, and column headers intact.
3. For multiple PICs, choose a lead and separate additional names with semicolons.
4. Save your workbook and upload it here. Views are recalculated from your input records.

Campaign library: Each campaign is saved separately in your private cloud workspace. Select it from the campaign dropdown or open Campaign library. Uploading the same campaign ID and name updates that campaign only. A different name creates a separate campaign, even when a copied template uses the same ID. View sample never removes saved campaigns.

Storage: Sign in on another device to access the same campaign library. Approved workspace members share this library. Use Refresh library to retrieve changes made by another user. Keep your Excel workbooks as the source records.

Print / Export PDF: Export the current section or a full campaign report. PDFs include readable tables and labelled charts for the selected campaign. Current-section exports respect task search/status filters and calendar dates. Gantt and calendar views are exported as schedule tables. Print opens a printable report with a Print / Save as PDF control.

Daily averages: New-member averages are weighted by daily new-member counts. Missing averages are excluded and coverage is disclosed. Members are cumulative daily counts, not unique campaign members.

Campaign library

Switch between uploaded campaigns. Re-upload a workbook to update its matching campaign. Your Excel files are never changed.

Available across devices after sign-in. Keep your Excel files for backup.

Print / Export PDF

Reports include the selected campaign only. Current-section exports respect task filters and calendar dates. Gantt and activation calendars become readable schedule tables. Chart figures remain visible.
